So, the Reviews module will fall under this too. The reviews will be "owned" by the VBB, and the fraud reporting will too. Although, the reviews can be put on the listing's public page, they will also be on the VBB site.

The VBB site will require a VeteranDB account to login and view the content. However, the reviews will also be here, as well as, the reports will be here too.

Once a report has been made, we will have that flagged on the site but the report content is not there. This will prompt us to open an investigation into the matter, and nothing will change "publicly" (logged in of course) until our investigation is closed. At that time, we will release all of our findings, and adjust their rating as needed.

Sorry. The site info is public, but you have to login to submit reviews and reports. You will have the ability to submit reports on any Veteran business. You can search the platform, and if they are not listed, then you'll have to provide all of their info. If a contract is involved, then you'll have to upload it. etc.

This will require us to define a charter for this org, so that it can be managed as an "impartial" and objective org.
