After speaking with a couple of friends about the topic, we have a plan for this. Instead of creating a separate entity for these representatives or agents, the plan will be to actually leverage this on the user profile page.
There we will create a "professional license" section, where anyone with any processional license will be able to leverage. While this will take a little bit extra work, it will ultimately be better for our team to manage, and better for presenting on the website to all the website visitors.

We would like to do this, but the current concern is duplicated content on the business listings. For example, a Real Estate agent could have a company, and listing on the business, as well as, the rep/agent listings would also be accurate.
We would need to figure out how to handle this so that we are not intentionally creating more SEO opportunities for just these people. The working theory now is that you get to choose one. At the same time, that wouldn't be fair to them as a business owner. So, it becomes a circular loop real fast.
I've got a call with a local real estate agent coming up, so I'm going to discuss with him before making a final decision.
